Model 110 20712 991 will not spin. I have replaced seveal parts in the last year and still requires a stop and restart to make it spin. Last I replaced the clutch after changing the spring to the heavy duty spring. It got new transmission about 6 mos. ago. The only thing that has not been replaced is the drum brake, which can be fairly easily moved by hand, and the motor. Question: does the motor have multi speed windings or just reversing? The motor runs and operates the pump out, but never switches to spin.After I just replaced the clutch, there is a slight grinding sound when the restart spin begins.
