My KitchenAid refrigerator KRMF706ESS01 S/N K80810480 LED lights in the upper part of the fridge, both drawers and the freezer aren't working. I did replace the LED board on the back of the refrigerator. After doing this the lights still aren't working. Any suggestions of what the problem could be would be helpful, thank you.

Your KitchenAid refrigerator, model KRMF706ESS01 with serial number K80810480, is experiencing an issue where the LED lights in the upper part of the fridge, both drawers, and the freezer are not working. It's notable that you've already taken the step of replacing the LED board on the back of the refrigerator, but unfortunately, this hasn't resolved the lighting issue.

Given that the replacement of the LED board didn't fix the problem, there are a few other factors to consider. The issue could be related to the wiring or connections that supply power to the LED lights. It's possible that there's a loose connection or a break in the wiring somewhere between the power source and the lights.

Another possibility is a fault in the main control board of the refrigerator. The main control board regulates the power supply to various components, including the LED lights. If there's an issue with the board, it could affect the functioning of the lights.

It's also worth checking the individual LED units themselves. Although less likely, it's possible that multiple LED units failed simultaneously, or there's an issue with the connectors that link them.
