Samsung top load washer model WA400PJHDWR/AA keep getting code DC when the washer get to the spin cycle. When it first started we could lower the spin speed and it would still work but that eventually quit working. unplugged for 5 min as suggested by Samsung, leveled the machine, cleaned out from under the machine not effect. Changed the PC control board worked for a few weeks sporadically throwing the dc code. If put into service mode and made to spin... the washer will spin fine. help I don't want to keep throwing parts at the machine.

As you already know, Samsung error code DC means unbalanced load. Are the loads too small or too big? Try balancing the load…. If that doesn't fix the problem, then replace the hall sensor (located behind the drum, underneath the rotor).

I am having same issue I stuffed foam around the tub and it worked for a few weeks now I am having the same trouble. Next I am going to try replacing the suspension rods and putting heavier memory foam around it  this thing is poising me off lol

Replace motor sensor cause the hall sensor is now NLA no longer available
