If your Hotpoint washer will not spin out all the water, then something is preventing the pump from pumping out all of the water. <br><br>Make sure the pump outlet pipe has no bends or kinks in it. <br><br>Make sure the drain where the water outlets to is free and clear. <br><br>If all the above is ok then you will need to remove the pump and inspect that it is not clogged. <br><br>You may need a new pump. <br><br>You can test the pump with a multimeter to be sure it is working properly.
