Frigidaire Dishwasher – Having draining issues

I just got a new Frigidaire dishwasher. Model: FGID2466QF. I had it installed two days ago. The installer ran a rinse cycle and everything was fine. That evening I did dishes, ran a normal wash and went to bed. When I woke up there was a couple inches of water sitting in the tub. I asked the installer, he said the install was fine, he did a high loop. I did not see anything stuck in the filter at the bottom. I ran another rinse cycle and the water drained fine. I ran a quick was and the water drained fine. I did another normal and yet again it did not drain. It seems to be able to handle low water/short cycles but not the normal cycle. So any ideas? Think there is something wrong with the unit, or maybe something plumbing? Any help would be appreciated.
