The washing machine works fine for wash cycle but when it switches to the rinse cycle it begins to rinse and spin at the same time. I have to manually stop the machine. I've had repair guy here twice- first he said it was stuck in continuous test mode and recalibrated it, that didn't fix it. He came again and said it was the actuator so he replaced that. It's still doing the same thing!
