My whirlpool washer model LHW0050PQ won't agitate or spin....front loader model. It locks the door, fills up water then just sits there. Click noises come from it but the nothing happens. After a while the washer will pump and drain the water. When it is done the "DONE" lights up but flashing and the door won't open. I have switch the dial to "stop" and wait for the door to unlock to allow me to open the door.

When the washer clicks, then does nothing, does the washer go through the cycle and then drain like normal but just not spinning, correct? During this time does the washer lights flash or is there an error code? What happens if you put the washer on a different wash mode and run it completely empty?
