Whirlpool topload washer spins some of the time

My Whirlpool topload washer model #lsr8233jq0 will sometimes, but not usually, spin on the spin cycle.  If I open and close the lid a few times (often with a slam), it will then spin.  I have replaced the coupler and the clutch, with no luck.  It is also not the lid switch.  Can you please advise me?  Thanks!
