I've had freon recharged to my refrigerator and it's still not cooling. Is it because there's moisture that's clogged the condenser coils and caused blockage so the freon can't circulate?
Yes it was done by a professional. He redone the lines off the compressor to stop the leak and cleared out the lines before recharging. Cost me $200. Then after it didn't work he came back out and said moister must've crystallized in the coils because the freon isn't curculating

It is possible. Were the lines cleared before recharge? How much did you pay for the recharge? Done by a professional?
