My fridge is an over under style not a side by side style, about 4 years old. I have checked the temperature control dials and everything seems as it should be. I turned the refrigerator fridge temperature dial to number 9 from 5. So I went up 4 numbers higher and it seems to make no difference. Is there a simple solution here or do I need to call a repairman? Thanks - Matthew.
