Hello, I have a Whirlpool Top-Loader wtw4950xw0 that is not spinning in any of the normal wash cycles and doesn't ever get to the "Done" status indicator.
When doing a normal wash, it washes properly, rinses, enters the drain/spin cycle, drains properly, but doesn't spin. When this happens, the status indicators change so the "Wash" light illuminates, the lid unlocks, and then it just stops. It does not spin.
However, it DOES spin properly on the "Drain & Spin" cycle, which leads me to believe something else is wrong. I'm not sure.
Help appreciated!
