It has always done this from time to time. Whirlpool's answer was to turn up the temperature. It is model Gi5FSAXVYOO Now it is doing it constantly. I don't know what to do. Also for the past few months the ice maker has began to stop making ice from time to time. I don't know if the two items are related. I have looked online and it appears it could be a number of things from the damper not functioning properly to the control board. I would appreciate any information that you could give me as to what you think the problem might be. Thank you.
