Whirlpool Front load washer will not spin drain during a cycle

Our front load Whirlpool washer will not spin or drain during any of the cycle options. If we take all clothes out it will fully complete the cycle correctly. It does drain some, but not fully. We've already cleaned out the drain pump, so don't feel like that is the issue.
