Whirlpool Dryer taking forever to dry clothes

We just replaced the heating element. I did a test and ran my clothes through 60 minutes and were still damp by 20 minutes left in the cycle. Hose isn’t kinked. I’m buying a new air hose tomorrow. What else could be wrong?
