Washing machine won’t spin, agitation or drain

hi there,we have an old Maytag LAT9706AAQ top loading washer that fills with water, no spin, no agitation, and wont drain but completes the entire cycle.belts look good, lid switch clicks when pushed in, motor can be hand spun freely but doesnt do anything during the cycle, no bad noises or bad burning smells.what is it? bad motor or bad control switch??? thank you
