Every time i use my top loading GE washing machine it vibrates and shakes so much it ends up in a different spot. WHAT DO I DO?

Make sure the washer machine is level and that the clothing load is distributed evenly. If you open the lid and look in toward the back you will see a rubber pad that is there to dampen any vibration by rubbing on the tub as it starts to vibrate. It wears out and eventually needs to be replaced with a new one.
