Frigidaire fwsb5700dso top loader. Replaced burned belt but while all agitation perfect it will not start into spin mode, just burns belt on drive motor wheel. I think it's a Idler Pulley Spring not pushing hard enough. This was post on Youtube under the replacement spring video...... "There was inadequate tension from the idler pulley to turn the transmission (tub) pulley. Replacing the idler spring corrected the slack and fixed the issue. Please note with a worn out spring, the belt may be taut enough agitate, but will not be taut enough to spin."..... I think that's what is wrong with mine. Does that mean a new $25 spring or can moving it to one of the two closer hole mounts on the metal base do the trick?
