Whirlpool washer. Starts sometimes, fills partially. doesnt spin and drain. sits with water in it and gives up. Try to start drain and spin cycle and it locks, senses, then unlocks and gives up. model #: WTW4950XW3

Hi, My washer will fill up with water and wash but when it comes to draining a S spinning it will do neither. Can hear the motor running but will not drain the water. Can you please help Thank you Ashley Cochran.
