If the washer will not drain out the water… check to be sure the drain hose is not crimped or clogged. If the drain hose is clear and not bent, then you need to remove the service panel on the washer and check to see if there are foreign objects lodged in the drain pump. If so, the washer will not drain. So it is either one or the other.
