Have you tested the lid switch electrically and mechanically? A bad lid switch is most likely your issue.

I did the jumper wire to bypass the lid switch...ran the unit througj a full cycle and still no spin. At the end of the cycle i layed the unit on its back...the cluctch brake was extremely hot.

R&R clutch

I have a Maytag Atlantis top load, it will spin before rinse but will not spin during spin cycle?

Could be the clutch. Is your washer multi-speed? Meaning are there different capacitors on your motor? Could be a timer or control board issue. You may want to check YouTube for your exact problem.

I just replaced the cluch and pully, it didn’t fix it.

Have you checked connections to control board / dial area? Possibly loose or faulty wiring.

I have looked all over you tube b ut cant find my exact problem. Everything works even spins during rinse cycle, but does not spin during spin cycle. I can hear the timer working and it moves to the off position when finished.

That would usually be the clutch, or possibly be capacitors on motor for secondary speed.
