My washer spins but not hard enough to extract water from clothing.
What causes this?

Hi
Check to see if the washer is overloaded.
Try removing some from the clothes out from the washer and restart it.
Check to make sure the lid closes properly and that the lid switch clicks when the lid is closed.
When the lid switch does not click, then the switch may need to become replaced or the lid may be bent. ALSO Make sure the water is draining properly.
If the water does not drain out, then it could cause the washing machine not to spin CORRECTLY.
Check all the drain hoses for any clogs or kinks.
This is done by disconnecting the drain hoses and doing a visual check for a clog or kink.
