My GE washer is maybe 8-9 years old. I moved from a 3rd floor apt to a home last year. There was already a washer/dryer in the home so my set went outside in storage building. My mom needed the washer so we took it to her house last week. It will fill & drain but not agitate or spin. I tried the reset (unplug/lid lifting) to no avail. Right up until the day it was moved and put in storage it worked perfect no problems. Could something have happened in move (down steps from 3rdfloor) or from being stored in a non climate controlled building?
