Washer went through wash cycle and upon rinse suddenly made this horrible noise. It will fill but will not agitate or spin. I can get it to empty, but still that noise since it is not spinning. I've tried this after unplugging and with no clothes in the washer. Washer is a Whirlpool Commercial Quality/Super Capacity bought some 10.5 years ago at Lowes. Is there any way to save this machine?
