Water not only goes in the icetray but to the bottom of the frezzer , it froze up all the air flow holes with ice , now the icebox side will not get cold , I changed the ice maker once before, but the new one did the same thing. Help!!

How old is your Samsung refrigerator and what is the Model #? We can answer your Refrigerator question once we have the model number so we can research your issue further.
However it sounds like you are having a "defrost" issue. Usually on the newer refrigerator/freezers the defrost components are built in to the main control circuit board. If you are finding water on the bottom of the freezer and the refrigerator has stopped cooling, then most likely you have a bad control board.
