I have a Kenmore Front load washer Model#417.44052400. I just put in a new control board. when i plugged it in it gave me a code straight off, I think it was a E56. I had 5 blinks of the pause/cancel button and start button and one extra blink of the start button. Since I do not see a code E51 on my list i am assuming the code was a 56. the motor will spin the drum in diagnostic mode but not in regular cycles. is there some other part that would correct this other than replacing motor.
