Samsung washer ND error code

Samsung washer WF219ANB/XAA starts washing cycle then gets ND error code. Fills with water and starts washing cycle. After wash cycle it drains water, fill up tub for the first rinse cycle and rinses. After rinse cycle the drain pump drains water and keeps on running even when there is no more water in the washer. It could not start the rinse and spin cyc cuz the pump keeps on running as if something is telling it to keep running. I reset and calibrated the washer to no avail. It thinks there is still water in the system. Everything is clean, good drain pump. But could not get out of that loop.
