I have a Samsung WF330 frontload washing machine. She makes loud banging noise in the spin cycle. I opened the back and took the motor cover off, it all looks nice and dry and no wear and tear on the bearing. But the funny thing is, the drum itself seems to lean backwards. The springs holding the tub in place look fine. Could it be the back shock absorbers that are worn out and need replacing?
