Samsung (WF330ANB/XAA) fills with water until "OE" error code is displayed on the operator panel, then begins draining. If I cut the power, the hot water continues to fill. I replaced the hot water inlet valve, and the same thing happens. If I shut the hot water off and specify a 'cold' wash & rinse, the washer operates normally - which indicates to me that both the cold water inlet valve and the pressure switch are good. Where do I go from here?

If you replaced the hot water inlet valve, there is either an issue with the wiring or the control board. Check all wiring harnesses and trace the wiring from the valve to the control board.
Thanks for the response.I checked as much of the wiring as I could without dismantling the unit; everything looked OK. I went ahead & swapped out the control board; it made no difference. One thing I did find, however, was that on a ‘cold’ wash, both hot AND cold inlet valves are open – there is a constant 120v present at the connector to the hot water inlet valve.
