Have some issues with my front load Samsung, after normal cycle on the last stage (spinning) the machine stop and in some case appears the error code "5E", but the filter is clean and drain water pump is working during wash cycle. I need to know if have any way to reset to factory default. or any hardware test. Thank´s in advanced. Model:SAMSUNG WD0854
