I have a Samsung front load washer. The washer stopped mid cycle and the water wouldn't drain. We did a reset of the machine and that didn't help. Do you know what could have caused it?
Do you get an error code? What is the model number of your Samsung washer? Is the washer getting power? Did it just stop and the lights are still lit or are the lights off? Are any lights flashing? Beeping?
