Model wf350anp front end Samsung washer. It's 2.5 years old and has been nothing but problems. .5 years after buying it the pcb had to be replaced. A year later it stopped spinning so I changed the hall sensor and it worked. Now it stopped spinning again and a new hall sensor didn't fix it this time. Is my drive motor shot or the main board the problem? Thanks so much....very frustrated and Samsung support is useless.
Check to be sure your drain pump or drain hose is not clogged. This way it wont cost any money and this could be the problem. If the pump is functioning properly, then you could put a meter on the motor to be sure it is working properly. The main board could be the issue but checking the other items first makes more sense. Also, have you check to be sure the hall sensor is intact and wires are not damaged?
