Refrigerator will not get colder than 39 deg

Refrigerator will not get colder than 39 deg Kenmore Model# 253.7034341D  
  • Gibson (Frigidaire) ac, ref (compressor is Frigidaire)
Freezer is -1.9 deg (currently set to -3 deg) Refrigerator is 39 deg (currently set to 33 deg) Fans are running Coils are clean Can't tell if compressor is running. It is normally very quite. I would think it would have to be running to get to -1.9 in freezer
