I have a Oster tssttvfdxl counter top oven and need to replace the power cord.The cord was cut off and is missing. I have the correct replacement cord for it.When I opened the unit up. The two wires from the polarized power cord goes to a red and blue wire.Can I assume the red is hot and blue is nuetral?
