My machine is making the noise as if it's in spin cycle but not actually spinning. What is wrong?

Remove the service panel and inspect the inside of your machine. Check to see if the belt is still intact. If it is loose, worn, or frayed, remove and replace the belt. Also check the pulley to be sure it has not become loose therefore causing the belt to have no tension.
