The problem starts in the sensing phase. It seems to not be able to sense the load in the washer. It also makes a different noise than what it normally does in the sensing phase. It will run water continuously but keeps locking and unlocking while doing so. I checked the belt and while it wasn't broken there was a lot of oil on it and the cover for the belt. Please help, I really don't want to have to call a repairman.
