I have a Whirlpool washer, LSQ9200PQ4 that will not spin, or drain water. As per a suggestion on another site, I changed out the Lid Switch. It now makes a humming noise with the new lid switch, but it still will not drain, or spin. What could be another cause, other than the lid switch?

If the lid switch did not repair the machine, then most likely the DRAIN PUMP is clogged. Gain access to the drain pump and open it up to see if clogged. A clogged drain pump can cause the issue you have described.
