My Maytag MVWC450XW3 will not spin or agitate, it throws the code F7E1. When it starts to spin, it makes a buzz sound, then does nothing. Lid is closed and locked. Water enters the machine, stays through the cycle, and then drains. I have replace the actuator and the capacitor. I compared the new actuator with the old one, and there didn't seem to be any problems with the old one. Is there a way to test that part?
