It's a front loader, fills, tumbles. Then the motor sound changes, but the water doesn't drain and it doesn't proceed to the spin cycle. I'm thinking because it doesn't drain and spin, it will not advance to the next cycle, which is the rinse cycle. We replaced the electronic control board in Oct 2017. We tested the drain pump, it works. checked the drain hose, it is clear. problem is not solved yet. Trying not to buy parts until I figure out what make it work
