My Kenmore top load washing machine will wash clothes, drain, but will not spin

I have replaced the "coupler" between the motor and transmission, even though mine wasn't bad. I have replaced the "agitator dogs" in the agitator, mine were nothing but crumbles. I have replaced the "water pump" because there was rust on the motor near the old one, mine was working still. I have replaced the "clutch" because a YT site said if I can slide it, then mine is bad. Already have put over $120.00 in parts and its still not spinning. Help, Help, Gerry
