It makes clicking sounds as if to activate The spinning function but nothing happens. If i put my hand in it i can manually spin the drum. I cleared the filter but there is still water in the machine that wont drain.
Is your washer a top loader or a front loader? What is the make and model of your washer? If a top load, you need to check the lid switch and also the drain pump. Your drain pump may be clogged.
