My washing machine has started knocking loudly while spinning out the water. It is not off balance, or rocking, just a loud knocking or banging (on metal?) noise. I removed the clothes from the water/tub, and let it spin out the rest of the water. It still knocked loudly, but it did spin out the water. I found a video that matches my problem, but has no solution.
