I have a GE Washer, model GTE330ASK3WW. The problem started when the washer wouldn't empty or spin. I emptied the washer, and inspected the discharge line and drain pump for obstructions. Everything was clear. I started diagnostics testing and somehow started the drain pump. Now, the drain pump will not turn off. Pressing the cancel button doesn't stop it. I've tried unplugging the machine for 2 or 3 minutes, but when I plug it back in, it starts again. Is there a way to reset the machine back to zero (to stop the drain pump) so that I can try the diagnostics again?
