Maytag refrigerator is not cooling and same for freezer

My  refrigerator is not cooling or freezing. I checked the back bottom of the fridge and cleaned all the dust and dirty from the coils and also notice that the fan is working down there. What can be the problem. Thank you. Brand is Maytag PTB2153GE.
