Maytag Bravos Washer won’t drain or spin

Maytag Bravos Washer Model # MVWX550XW0 I put a load in this washer and when I come to put them in the dryer, they are soaked. I am not sure if it is even agitating. I have recently changed the belt, so I am sure that is not the problem. I put it through a diagnostic test but all it did was fill up with water, agitate  for a few minutes, didn't spin or drain. now im stuck with water that I cant get out. I tried to put it in drain and spin mode and it does nothing. Please help!
