My Maytag 5000 Series washer will not rotate during wash cycle nor will it spin. I've tried doing a maser reset which didn't work. I also can't easily turn the drum by hand. I've read a number of answers about checking for loose change, but no idea where to exactly look. Any help would be most appreciated! Thank you!!
