When i plug in my LG fridge i hear starter relay click once, not repeatedly. fan turns on. compressor is quiet but seems like it turns on (slight vibration) but never gets warm/hot. nothing looks burnt on any component (relay, capacitor or board). noticed no air movement near vents inside fridge/freezer. help?
