The drum spins fine with no power turned on. It binds up when it tries to spin and when it does spin it sort grinds. The bolt that holds the rotor on backed out and the spline teeth were destroyed. I replaced the rotor now this is happening. I also swapped the center pieces from the new rotor and tries the old one, with the same results.
