I have a 1 month old LG 4 door French Refrigerator. I turned power on 2 weeks ago but today found that the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling down. I called LG, she asked me to set temperature to 1 and -20 and turn on the express freeze for 24 hours then check again. Is this the way it works?
