I have replaced the starter relay and capacitor in KitchenAid fridge, still clicks. Sounds like a solenoid above the solenoid valve is the origin. Should I replace that next or is something else causing it to click?
If after replacing both the relay and cap, yes that would be the next item to replace. However the relay is what usually causes the click sound. Some clicking is just a normal part of operation when the compressor turns on. The fridge is NOT cooling still correct? Even after replacing both relay and capacitor?
After replacing the relay and cap, it appeared to be running normally, fan was working, compressor was working, it felt like the compartments were beginning to cool. After about 15 mins, it all quit and the clicking began again. It sounds like that solenoid relay. Does something affect that or is it just that solenoid gone bad?

Also even though the fan was running could my issues still be the fan motor?

May be the solenoid. But didn’t you state that you already replaced that? If the fan is turning as it is designed to, the motor is most likely ok.
