Kenmore washing machine will not drain or spin

I am resubmitting my question because I gave an incomplete model number the first time. have a Kenmore top loading washing machine. Model 11020632990 There are 3 wash cycles. In all 3 cycles, the machine will fill with water and agitate. After that, in all 3 cycles - nothing - it will not drain the dirty water or spin. If I advance the dial, it will again agitate in the rinse cycle, but again will not drain or spin. Help! I have a machine full of water and wet clothes, with much more laundry waiting!
